Fall is coming - and we're thrilled about that!
We just wrapped up our Coloring Contest for kids, and we want to once again say congratulations to the winner, Bear, age 6! Bear won a $200 gift card to Target, as well as a Halloween-themed cookie baking basket. Check out our Facebook page to see Bear's original Firefly drawing and many other amazing entries!
August also yielded some wins for our team - the goal set at our meeting in July was to get 45 homes under contract in the months of August, September, and October. That averages to 15 contracts per month, and in August we got 16 homes under contract! This month is off to a strong start, with 3 new homes under contract since September 1, as of the time of this writing.
This month, we're looking forward to celebrating our business partners with a happy hour on September 20. We'll bring together home inspectors, attorneys, lenders, and lots of other folks who work to serve our clients, as well as a few nonprofit partners, to network and enjoy time together outside of work hours.
October will be a busy month, as we're planning our client appreciation visits on October 4 and 5 - we'll be stopping by to see those who live locally who've bought or sold a home with us to drop off a fall treat. We'll be reaching out to those folks with more details soon!
We're also thrilled to once again sponsor the Eliada Fall Festival & Corn Maze - This event is beloved by the Firefly families, and we love being able to support them, AND welcome our clients and friends for a special event on October 22, where we'll cover your admission! More details and a link to RSVP will be coming soon.
